William Rubenstein

Professor Rubenstein has taught at Harvard Law School since 2006. Prior to joining the HLS faculty, Professor Rubenstein taught at UCLA where he was the recipient of the 2002 Rutter Award for Excellence in Teaching, as well as Stanford Law School where he also received a teaching award in 1997. Professor Rubenstein lectures on Civil Procedure and Complex Litigation. He is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Law School and was the recipient of a Harvard Fellowship in Public Interest Law. After graduating from law school, Professor Rubenstein clerked for the Honorable Stanley Sporkin in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
