Paul McGreal

Professor McGreal received his J.D. from SMU Law School and his LL.M. from Yale Law School. Before joining the Southern Illinois faculty in 2006, McGreal wass the Harry and Helen Hutchens Research Professor at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, where he taught property. He was also on the faculty of the Executive MBA Program of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where he taught business ethics, social responsibility, and corporate compliance. Before joining the South Texas faculty, Professor McGreal was associated with Baker Botts L.L.P., where he practiced general civil litigation. McGreal has authored numerous publications, including over twenty articles and essays as well as a student textbook and a popular property study aid published by Lexis-Nexis.
