Tracey Maclin

Professor Maclin received his B.A. from Tufts University and his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Thereafter, Maclin served as a law clerk to Judge Boyce Martin, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and then worked as an associate attorney at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel in New York City. Maclin joined Boston University’s faculty in 1987 after serving as a professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law. His scholarly interests include constitutional law and criminal procedure. In 1995, Maclin won a Metcalf Cup and Prize for Excellence in Teaching at Boston University.
