Brodi Kemp
Brodi began lecturing for Law Preview in 2005. She received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was named an Olin Fellow in Law, Economics and Public Policy. While in law school, Brodi worked for a litigation boutique in Washington D.C. and a corporate boutique serving start-up companies and venture capitalists in the Silicon Valley. She is now a Ph.D. candidate at Harvard University (Department of Government) and was recently named a Graduate Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Foundation Center for Ethics (2008-09). Her scholarly interests include political philosophy and its connection to moral philosophy and the law. In 2006, Brodi was named the Lead Teaching Fellow for the Department of Government and has served in this capacity for two years. Brodi is a member of the Bar of Massachusetts.
