Lisa Fairfax

Professor Fairfax, Professor of Law and Director, Business Law Program, teaches courses in the business area including Business Associations, Securities Regulation, Unincorporated Business Entities and Contracts II at GWU Law. A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School, Professor Fairfax served as a faculty advisor for UMaryland's Business Law Society and The Journal of Business and Technology Law. In 2003, Professor Fairfax was voted Teacher of the Year, by the University of Maryland Law students. In 2002 and in 2005, Professor Fairfax was voted Professor of the Year, by UMaryland's Black Law Students Association.
