As such, Reed Smith is committed to the Law Preview Scholars Program. This initiative allows diverse law students to attend Law Preview -- an program that expands upon our other pipeline efforts by providing scholarship recipients with a week-long law school prep course taught by some of the country's leading law professors. Reed Smith is proud to provide this solid foundation upon which our scholarship recipients can begin their legal studies.

Reed Smith Law Preview Scholarship Criteria

To be eligible to become a Reed Smith Law Preview Scholarship recipient, applicants must be enrolled to begin classes at University of Chicago Law School in the fall of 2012.

In keeping with our firm's commitment to improving diversity in the legal profession, preference will be given to applicants who are members of a racial/ethnic group which has been historically underrepresented in the legal profession or members of the LGBT community.

Applications will be accepted now until May 10, 2012. A selection panel will evaluate all completed applications, and scholarship recipients will be notified via email by June 1, 2012.
