Reed Smith is committed to building a pipeline of diverse legal talent that not only benefits our firm, but also the legal profession as a whole. Preparing students for the rigors of law school supports a critical section of that pipeline -- those choosing to embark on a legal career in the law. Students transitioning to law school need to understand the importance of first-year performance. A student's 1L grades impact law review participation and employment opportunities with some of the most selective legal employers. Our partnership with Law Preview Scholars Program furthers our multi-faceted investment in enhancing the pipeline of diverse legal talent.
